Born in suburbs of Paris in 1985.
From the age of 15, he started study French cuisine, pastry, chocolaterie and ice cream. Progressively, he grew up and became pastry chief in a famous restaurant and patisserie in Paris.
Then, He has the opportunity to become food stylist.
He came to Japan in 2012.
From pastry teacher at confectionery school, start of bean to bar chocolate shop, as responsible for menu development and production management.
After that he worked as a pastry maker at Pierre Hermé · Paris · Japon,
Currently launched his own brand "Numéro 5 Paris"
pastry shop in Meguro-ku Midorigaoka.
